Lions pool in George Town on Sunday mornings. Or if you have a group of 3 or more, we can organize a lesson at your home pool on a weekday morning or early afternoon.

The term lengths vary, ranging from 6 to 8 weeks, each priced at $10 per lesson. For instance, a 6-week term is $60, a 7-week term is $70, and so on. Payment in full is required before the term commences.

Alternatively, you can have an instructor come to your pool:

3 in a class = $25 each, per lesson

2 in a class = $30 each, per lesson

Private = $50 per lesson

We prefer online bank transfers through Butterfield Bank. Please enquire for bank account details.

Unfortunately not, this is a first come first served course. We are working incredibly hard for the lessons to happen and want to ensure our time is spent on the lessons, not following up on payments.

There are NO make-ups or refunds. If you can no longer attend for any reason, please let us know so we can offer the space to someone from the waiting list. If you miss 2 lessons, your space and payment will automatically be forfeited.

Each individual learns to swim at their own pace, we cannot place a timeframe on someone learning to swim. We notice that the swimmers who put in more effort and take additional lessons, achieve faster results.

All swim lessons are approximately 45 minutes in length. Terms are 6-10 weeks. They vary based on public holidays, school break, and instructor availability. No one can come in your place. Only one assessment available per caregiver. We have a zero cancellation policy on your behalf. Please only sign up if you intend to come to all lessons. Spaces are limited, so please be sure to book your place in advance. We will not be accepting walk-ins, space only valid for the caregiver who has signed up/filled in the registration form. If you miss more than 2 lessons, your space and payment will automatically be forfeited.

Classes will be held rain or shine. Please assume the lesson will go forward if you do not hear from us. Short notice of cancellation is unavoidable sometimes due to the peculiarity of the island’s weather. Should we need to cancel completely due to weather, we will send you a Whatsapp and will extend the term an extra week.

We will be having 8 caregivers per group. Lessons with more than 6 also have an assistant teacher.

We're introducing a fee for teachers, recognizing the need to compensate them. Past instances revealed that participants without financial commitment had lower attendance. This ensures fairness to those on the waitlist.

Goggles (essential)

Towel

Swimming Suit and swim cap(if you have long hair)

Change of clothes

Water

You will need to wear suitable swimsuit / trunks. Please no outdoor SHORTS or T-SHIRTS. They become very heavy in water and are a safety hazard. If you would like to be covered, please purchase SUITABLE water clothing.

You can purchase goggles from any Dive store on island. Make sure you do not bring a "mask" where your nose is covered. They must be swimming goggles.
